Miss Universe 2023 displays four swimsuit designs.

  An early look at the participants' swimsuit section attire was provided by the Miss Universe pageant this year. The foundation commissioned American designer Rubin Singer to produce a unique swimsuit collection for the 2023 world tilt. The four designs were modeled by R'Bonney Gabriel, the reigning queen. During the preliminary competition on November 15 (November 16 in Manila), the swimsuits will be revealed. On social media, the organizers posted, "Sneak peek of the new collection 'off the runway' which will be featured on stage as the 72nd MISS UNIVERSE Competition swimsuits."   The Associated Press reports that Democratic Governor Andy Beshear of Kentucky has been reelected by voters. Republican state attorney general Daniel Cameron was defeated by Beshear. The race had been widely watched as Beshear battled Cameron for the governorship in the deeply Republican state. Topics related to the culture war, access to abortion, and economic conditions dominated the discussion. Cameron attempted to cross the finish line with the help of former President Donald Trump's backing and the strong disdain of President Biden among Kentuckians. Cameron would have been the first Black governor of Kentucky and the first Black Republican governor of the United States since Reconstruction if he had been elected. The football team from Bangladesh begins practice in advance of FIFA World Cup qualifying.

  Prior to the FIFA World Cup 2026 qualification round-2 matches at the Bashundhara Kings Arena in Dhaka on Monday evening, the Bangladesh National Football team began practicing. On November 16, Bangladesh will travel to Melbourne, Australia, to play their World Cup second round Group I away encounter against a more formidable Australia.
